· Polishing:  The polishing process one used removes minor flaws and scratches, while  deepening the shine and hardening the surface. This is  accomplished by  the stone itself resulting in a long lasting shine.

· Deep cleaning :  Specific cleaners are used in combination with equipment to restore color and consistency in stone.

· Refinishing:  Resurfacing is needed. On heavily worn or damaged stone,  the dust free method of diamond grind is used to  removes scratches.

· Lippage:  Uneven floors tiles are ground down to remove Lippage caused by poor installation.

· Grout treatment:  A chemical process  used to remove stains from the grout lines and restore colors.

· Hone:  Stone is finished to a low gloss. Finish this process removes minor damage and inconsistencies.

· Seal:  Stone should be protected from water and oil. Specific sealers can be prescribed for your special needs.

· Repairing: Holes, chips and cracks.
